01 · Placement

Begin at the right class

The Center's class structure includes Beginner and Grades A through G. You do not choose your level on the application. The administration and Academic Committee place you in the right class after your interview.

02 · Calendar

Academic terms

The Center’s academic year follows the Hijri calendar. Please contact the administration for the current term dates, timetable and programme availability.

03 · Assessment

Show your progress

Learning may include assignments, recitation, participation, short tests and examinations. The Constitution (Article 13.3) sets a 50% pass mark in each subject unless the Academic Committee announces otherwise.

04 · Attendance

Consistency matters

Promotion normally requires at least 75% attendance, except where an excuse is accepted under the Center's rules. Students should communicate with the administration when circumstances affect attendance.

The Constitution (Article 13.5) states that certificates are not given to students after the examinations. Students are informed of their results, and those who perform extraordinarily in class are given books as a reward. Please read the Constitution extract or contact the administration if you need clarification.
