What we collect
On the application form: your name, email, phone number, age, country and city, Qur’an memorisation level, education, preferred interview times, whether you request a scholarship, and the name, relationship and phone number of a guardian or emergency contact.
When you pay: the payment reference and amount. Where online payment is switched on, the payment itself is handled by our payment provider, and we do not see or store your card or mobile money PIN.
When you contact us or ask to be notified: your name, phone number, country, email if you give it, and your message.
When you sign in: your account details and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To review applications, schedule interviews, place students in classes, confirm payments, run classes and tell you about admissions, timetables and results. If you asked to be notified, we use your details only to tell you when admissions open.
Who sees it
Only the administration and the staff who need it for their work. Class groups include only admitted students, facilitators, Supervisors and administrators. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. Where the law requires, or to protect someone’s safety, we may have to disclose it.
Service providers
We use hosting, email and payment services to run the website. They process data on our behalf and only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are applying or studying, and afterwards as needed for the Center’s records. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legitimate reason.
Your choices
You can edit your details in your account while your application is still being reviewed. To see, correct or delete your information, or to be removed from the notify list, contact us.
